இருந்து விடுதலை பெற, குடும்பத்துக்கு நிம்மதி கிடைக்க, நோய் நொடிகள் வருமுன்னே தடுக்க, பேய் பிசாசுகள் பயம் நீங்க, நீண்ட ஆயுளை இறைவனிடம் வேண்ட, செல்வம் பெருக, ஆன்மாவைச் சுற்றி ஒரு வேலி அமைத்துக்கொள்ள இந்தக் கவசத்தை தினமும் பாராயணம் செய்யவும் .
ஸ்ரீ
கண்ணபிரான் சர்வலோகரட்சகர். நம்பிக்கையோடு பின்பற்றுவோர்க்கு நல்ல துணைவன். அவன் ஆதார புருஷன், பரமாத்மா, திருவின் நாயகன், இகலோகத்துக்கும், பரலோகத்துக்கும் அவனே நாயகன் .
கடுமையான
சோதனைகளுக்குப் பின்னர் மலையளவு புகழையும், பொருளையும் அவன் தருகிறான். யாருடைய ஆசைகளையும் அவன் தடுப்பதில்லை. ஆனால், அவற்றை ஒழுங்கு படுத்துகிறான் .

நினைப்போர் சொன்னது பலிக்கும். இந்த கவசம் படிப்போர் கவலைகள் பறக்கும்.
