தெத்தனை கொழுக்கட்டையோ
உருட்டிக்
கொண்டதெத்தனை மோதகமோ
உன்னழிலார்
தும்பிக்கையினிலே
உற்றுப்
பார்த்திடும் எழிலார் கண்கள்
கொட்டிடும்
கருணா வெள்ளம்
பிடித்து
வைத்துக்கொள்ள பாத்திரம்
பானை
வயிற்றுப் பிள்ளையே
நீயே
ஒன்று கொடுத்திடேன்!
How many sweet
dumplings you ate
How many Modhakas
you rolled and
To store the water of
flood of mercy that falls
From your very pretty
eyes
Staring at your
for ever living trunk
Oh heavy paunched
Pillayar,
Why don’t you give us,
