In the tip of the toungue of Vidhya theertha , the sixty four
Shine and he is always a Yogi and one who enjoys without any doubt

Padhya valir mukhabjadha

Hrudhya yath kripayaa tham Vidhyatheertham namami

His method of composing
the lotus like sequence of verses produced very many authors
And with a
heart filled by his mercy I salute the god of Yoga vidhya thirtha

padmam bhajathaam yoga

verses are chanted with devotion along with yoga of six branches
Easily we can daute
the ocean of mercy Vidhyaranya

Tham karunyaa payodhim, vidhyaa theertham namami yogesam
With attention hearing knowledge, speedily Brahmins
should use soft words
And salute the
ocean of kindness , the god of sages , Vidhyananda theertha\
Vidhyaranya pramukhair vidhya paarangathai sevya,
Adhyaapi yoga niratham, vidhya theertham
namami yogeesam
Serving the
great vidhyaranya who is expert in
knowledge
And also salute Vidhya Theertha who is
the god of yogis
Vidhya theerthashtakam idham padan bhakthi pura ssaram
Vidhyaam ananya samanyam prapyamodham apnuyaath
This octet of
Vidhya theertha, if each verse is
chanted with devotion
Knowledge of
incompable degree can be attained
